We have conducted investigations for both the plaintiff and defendant.  Our findings are not influenced by who we work for.  If a particular case involves wrongful death, product liability, vehicle or marine inspections, lemon law, estate appraisals, estimates of damage or diminished value determination we can help. 

We have conducted Certified Origin & Cause Investigations, Certified Appraisals, Certified Estimates, Certified Accident Reconstruction, Certified Infrared Thermography and Certified Environmental Safety Determination for manufacturers, insurance companies, plaintiff’s attorneys, defendant’s attorneys, individuals, estates, dealers and lending institutions.

There are times when a manufacturer has been targeted by a plaintiff attorney on a frivolous allegation of damage or negligence, or on the other side, a manufacturer has failed to provide a good product to the consumer and there are numerous failures and continued problems. We do not distinguish between plaintiff and defendant when it comes to the Origin & Cause Investigative findings.  It is what it is. Our investigations are structured to meet the test of “Daubert”.
